AFRY becomes the general designer and architect of the Malešice residential project in Prague.

In recent days, we have reached an agreement with the SKANSKA Reality company and become the general designer and architect of the transformation of the former industrial complex into a new residential area in Prague. The project includes the construction of 524 apartments in the first phase of development. Part of our work is also the complete solution for MEP, transport infrastructure and other expertise. The whole project will be processed in BIM. We completely agree with the investor and accept all requirements for the sustainability of the project.
